77media is committed to ensuring all Kipacity products are inclusive, accessible and user-friendly to everyone. Kipacity products are regularly tested internally, and bi-annually audited by a third party vendor, to ensure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 standards in the United States. This statement includes a description of our efforts to continually improve the accessibility of our Kipacity products, as well as contact information to provide feedback or seek assistance.
We began an organization-wide project to improve how we serve customers with disabilities in 2019. Below is an outline of our efforts.
The Kipacity Learn audit, mentioned above, initially identified 47 distinct error patterns on Kipacity Learn which impacted our compliance, specifically with WCAG 2.1 Level AA:

We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers and our overall accessibility policies. We try to respond to feedback within five (5) business days.
This Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, or VPAT, outlines Kipacity Learn’s conformance with the accessibility standards under Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.
